Blowing a cable and pushing a cable belong to two different markets. Blowing cable belongs to low voltage and pushing cable belongs to medium/high voltage.
Cable pushing is interesting for cable transporters.
They are mainly used to support, for example, a mobile winch, to better distribute the pulling force over the length of the cable. If a carrier participates, the winch doesn’t have to pull as hard, so it stays below the maximum pulling force.
